Proposed Peartree Hill Solar Farm Hearing

RWE submitted an application for development consent to the Planning Inspectorate on Friday 21 February 2025. The application was accepted for examination by the Planning Inspectorate on Friday 21 March 2025. The examination started on Tuesday 22 July 2025 and is due to be completed in December 2025.

Peartree Hill Solar Farm examination and upcoming hearings

Following the Preliminary Meeting and Open Floor Hearing held by the Examining Authority in July, the next round of Hearings will take place on Tuesday 21 October and Thursday 23 October 2025 at Tickton Grange Hotel, Main St, Tickton, Beverley, HU17 9SH and using Microsoft Teams (full instructions on how to join online or by telephone will be provided by the Planning Inspectorate in advance to those who have pre-registered).
