Notification of ERYC Highways Improvement Works – Tickton
East Riding of Yorkshire Council intend to undertake carriageway patching works starting on 29 October 2025 in Tickton.

As part of East Riding of Yorkshire Council’s capital programme of carriageway maintenance works, the Council intend to undertake carriageway patching works which is planned to start on 29 October 2025 for 4 days. These works will be undertaken during the daytime (Mon – Fri between 07:30 – 16:00hr) weather permitting in the following locations:
Main Street, Tickton – 29 and 30 October
St Pauls Way and St Pauls Drive – 31 October
Churchfields, The Orchard and Tickton Meadows – 3 November
For the safety of the workforce and residents, these roads will be closed to through traffic during the working. Vehicle access to properties within the works area will be maintained; however delays are to be expected due to the nature of the works being undertaken. Access for emergency services, pedestrians and post services will remain unaffected throughout.
Properties on Main Street, St Pauls, Churchfields, The Orchard and Tickton Meadows will be notified in writing.
