Exciting Playground Improvements Set to Begin

The Parish Council is pleased to announce that work on this year’s playground development will commence on Thursday, 16 October 2025, with contractors scheduled to be on site.

This exciting project will enhance both the GL Cullington and Village Field play areas, focusing on improving accessibility and creating inclusive, high-quality play spaces for the whole community. The upgrades are designed to benefit children of all ages and abilities, along with their parents and carers, ensuring everyone can enjoy the facilities.

The Parish Council has provided match funding for the development and extends its sincere thanks to the Routh Wind Farm Community Fund, the Withernwick Wind Farms Community Fund, and the East Riding of Yorkshire Council’s Active Creative Grant for their generous support in making this project possible.
